Using Spatial Biology to Monitor Tumor Immune Interactions: Computational Science in Immuno-oncology

The Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) is pleased to offer the ninth FREE webinar in the SITC-NCI Computational Immuno-oncology live webinar series, "Using Spatial Biology to Monitor Tumor Immune Interactions: Computational Science in Immuno-oncology". Webinar Description: In this webinar we will review some methods for extracting information on the tumor immune microenvironment from spatial imaging and spatial genomics assays. We will also explore methods that relate the information obtained from different spatial assay types. Key leaders in the field who are experts in their respective fields will provide an overview of the current state of the science and address questions about its future. Faculty Speaker: Vesteinn Þórsson, PhD – Institute for Systems Biology Moderator: Sandhya Prabhakaran, PhD – Moffitt Cancer Center An interactive Q&A session will follow the topic overview, providing participants with the opportunity to ask in-depth questions of the faculty.
